A handful of poker strategies will surprise you with their ease. This is sample. Note your results, every time you gamble.

You have to write down thy wins and your squanders; for it’s the grand total of all a mans accomplishments which create his or her bottom line.
How detailed is up to you. I tend to believe that hourly details and that kind of personal information is wasted. Simply work out how far up you are and how much (if any) you have taken out. Naturally, if you lose, note that too, regardless of how much it hurts.
Don’t overlook to record what type of poker you’re betting on, if that is important to you. (In my experience, most folks hold to what they understand and do not experiment. If all you write down is winnings, loses and what you’ve taken out, you are light years in front of almost all gamblers around!)
Provide yourself achievable goals, like a ‘dream’ target (new auto, get-a-way or whatever). When you take out, add the money withdrawn to your dream counter. The greater the success you have, the closer that goal will be!
